Prerequisites

New to crypto? Just need an email or social account. Sign in with Privy (email, Google, Twitter) and an embedded wallet is created for you. Claim free test USDC from the faucet. Have a wallet? Connect MetaMask, Rabby, or any EVM wallet. Get test AVAX from the Avalanche Fuji Faucet, then claim free test USDC.

Step 1: Connect & Get Test USDC

  1. Go to alpha.skepsis.live
  2. Click “Connect Wallet” in the top right
  3. Choose your method:
    • Sign in with Privy: Email, Google, or social login
    • MetaMask / Rabby / WalletConnect: For EVM wallet users
  4. Claim test USDC from the faucet (button appears after connecting)

Step 2: Browse Markets

Explore active markets across categories — crypto, politics, sports, weather, tech.

Step 3: Understand the Market

When you open a market, you’ll see:

The Probability Distribution

A chart showing where the crowd thinks the outcome will land. Peaks = high probability. Valleys = potential opportunities.

Current Range Odds

Example for a BTC market: 
$94,000 - $95,000  →  12x odds (8% probability)
$95,000 - $96,000  →  6x odds (17% probability)
$96,000 - $97,000  →  4x odds (25% probability)  ← Most popular
$97,000 - $98,000  →  5x odds (20% probability)
$98,000 - $99,000  →  8x odds (12% probability)
Higher odds = lower probability but bigger payout. Look for ranges where you disagree with the crowd.

Step 4: Place Your Bet

  1. Select your range. Click and drag on the chart to highlight your target range.
  2. Enter your amount. How much USDC to risk.
  3. Review your quote:
    • Cost: What you pay
    • Potential payout: What you win if correct
    • Odds: Your multiplier (e.g., 5.2x)
  4. Click “Place Bet”
  5. Confirm in your wallet

Step 5: Track & Claim

While the Market is Open

  • View your position in “My Positions”
  • See real-time probability changes
  • Optionally sell your position before resolution

After Resolution

  1. The oracle reports the actual outcome
  2. Check if it landed in your range
  3. If you won: Click “Claim Winnings” to receive your payout
  4. If you lost: Your stake is forfeited

  2. Deposit USDC into the shared liquidity pool
  3. Receive vault shares representing your slice
  4. Earn fees from every trade across every market
